Absolutely loved the curry sauce! Also got the Beef Belly as well and that was a dream as well, be sure to throw in the chili powder for a kick of spice. Furikake fries on the side as well made for a nice pairing in between bites and definitely gotta dunk that in the curry sauce as well! Honestly an umami heaven comprised of delicate meats crafted to perfection.”
